Customer preparation instructions: Before ordering, we recommend that you consult with your local planning department, lender and Home Owners Association (HOA) to determine the quantity of blueprints required to construct one building structure and if engineering is required. For example if you are required to have 7 sets of blueprints, you would purchase the 5 Plan Package and 2 Additional Plans. If you are required to have engineering, and re-use stock engineering is unavailable, we can provide a quote for you at no extra charge.

So you want to modify this plan, but you're outside the State of Washington. No problem! We can provide a single plan on sepia/vellum paper that can be modified as needed. This option includes the following: one License Fee and one complete set of construction documents on sepia/vellum paper. (Certain terms apply)
